stageGR is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which depends on the support of partners to achieve our mission.  Tickets and tuition only cover a percentage of our annual operating costs.  We count on sponsorships and donations to make up the difference. Please help us provide area students with valuable experiences that help them grow and quality entertainment for our community.  

Become a sponsor and receive numerous benefits for your business, or place an advertisement in the program for an upcoming Production, which will be viewed by our theater patrons.  We have several levels at which you may participate, each with various rewards to demonstrate your commitment to students and the arts to your employees and community.  We appreciate your support for stageGR as we help West Michigan students find their voice in the spotlight and behind the scenes.

Sponsorship Levels

You have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students and produce great theatre.  Here are the recognition levels for your donation:

  • Theatre Patron
    • $25 and $50 levels
    • name listed in the playbill for the next show
  • Director's Circle
    • $100 level
    • name listed in the playbill and on the stageGR web site for the next show
  • Producer
    • name listed in the playbill and on the stageGR web site for the next show
    • $450 - Full page (7.75”H x 4.75”W) advertisement in the show playbill*
    • $250 - ½ page (3.75”H x 4.75”W) advertisement in the show playbill*
    • $150 - ¼ page (2”H x 4.75”W) advertisement in the show playbill*
  • $1000-1999 - Show Sponsor
    • Name and logo in sponsored show playbill
    • Full Page (7.75”H x 4.75”W) advertisement in sponsored show playbill*
    • Logo on the sponsored show's page on the StageGR website with link to your website
    • Social media recognition with link to your website and/or social media presence
    • Verbal acknowledgment of sponsorship during sponsored show
    • 10 tickets to the sponsored show
  • $2000+ - Season Sponsor
    • Name and logo in all show playbills
    • Full Page (7.75”H x 4.75”W) advertisement in all show playbills*
    • Logo on the StageGR website home page with link to your website
    • Social media recognition with link to your website and/or social media presence
    • Verbal acknowledgment of sponsorship at all shows
    • 30 tickets to be used in any combination over the entire the season**

*Logo and advertising artwork must be of high-resolution and in EPS, TIFF, PDF, PNG, or JPG format.  Email the logo and artwork files to advertising@stagegr.org.   Logo artwork deadlines are:

  • The Lion King Jr. - February 24
  • The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee - May 4
  • Bring It On - the Musical -  TBD in June
  • Willy Wonka - TBD in July
  • A Year with Frog & Toad, KIDS - TBD in July

**Season sponsorships last for one full year after the sponsorship form is completed.  Mid-season sponsors will be credited
