Advertising and Sponsorship Policy

To further our mission, we accept sponsorship and advertising in our souvenir programs under strict guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement we believe is incompatible with our mission.  We also reserve the right to refuse any advertisement we deem to be contrary to the best interests of stageGR and the performers, families, schools, and communities we serve.

The following Guidelines govern various aspects of advertising whether printed or within stageGR's web sites and social media sites ("Sites").  stageGR has sole and absolute discretion with respect to interpretation and enforcement of this policy and all other issues associated with advertising and promotion on the Sites. stageGR may change this policy at any time at its sole discretion by posting a revised policy.

  1. stageGR has sole discretion for determining the types of advertising and promotion that will be accepted. The presence of an ad on our Sites, in printed material, or in e-mail communications does not imply endorsement of the advertised company or product.  stageGR is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements.

  2. stageGR will not accept advertising that, in our sole opinion, is not in good taste. We will not permit the placement of a) advertising for illegal or objectionable products or services, or b) advertising that is offensive to any individual or group of individuals based on age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or handicap.

  3. Advertising will not be accepted if it promotes any of the following: alcohol, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, gambling, pornography, tobacco, or the simulation of news or an emergency.  Advertising will not be accepted if it takes a position on a current or potential ballot or legislative issue, or if it can be otherwise construed as political in nature.

  4. stageGR reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any advertising for any reason at any time. We will provide reasonable notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any advertising.

  5. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads.  It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that ad text and designs are accurate, do not infringe on any copyrights or image usage rights, and that they comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws and regulations. If stageGR becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation, or of this Policy, we may remove the advertising.  stageGR is not responsible for failing any of the above errors in submitted ads before they are printed.  Should a correction or retraction be necessary, it is the advertiser's sole responsibility to bear the cost and effort to communicate that publicly.

  6. No advertising shall be permitted that may injure the name or reputation of stageGR or any other person or organization.
